All creations (code and other products) are released under the GPLv3 unless otherwise stated. This basically means you are free to keep, change, and give them away. Logos and trademarks are excluded to protect brands.

All products and services are provided on a “turn key” basis. Meaning the product has no guarantee or warranty whatsoever after completion, and final payment.

All services require a down payment of 50% unless otherwise stated. The remainder of the payment will be made when the job is complete. Refunds can only be issued at my discretion.

I reserve the right to accept and reject a job at any time, for any reason personal, religious, or otherwise.

Price estimates may change, if the job changes from the original agreement.
